We arrive with the full kit
The van stays at street level and the detailer brings everything down to the bay. All we ask for is access to a water source and a power point, plus roughly one car length of clearance so we can work the whole way around the vehicle without stepping into traffic or a driveway ramp.
The detail runs start to finish
Decontamination first, then paint, then interior, then protection and finishing. Nothing is skipped to hit a time slot, and on the exposed, sun-hit frontages around Zetland, Roseberry and Darlington we work panel by panel so nothing dries before it is wiped.

Two metres of clearance over the bay is comfortable and we manage with less. The van stays at street level and the detailer walks the kit down, so a low 1.9m entry under a Woolloomooloo or Elizabeth Bay block is not a problem. Send a photo of the bay when you book if you are unsure.
How long does a detail take?+

Both are fine — we just want to know in advance so the setup is planned rather than improvised.
Do you need building approval or insurance paperwork?+
Some inner-city strata buildings ask for a certificate of currency before a contractor works in the basement. We hold full public liability cover and can email the certificate to your building manager a week ahead — just give us the contact when you book. A handful of buildings around The Rocks and Millers Point also require an induction or a booked service lift window, which we are happy to work around.
Can you detail two cars in the same visit?+
Yes. Two cars in adjacent bays in a Zetland or Waterloo basement, or a pair of company vehicles at an Alexandria warehouse, can run back to back on the same morning. Tell us how many vehicles and what they are so we allocate the right window.
Is a mobile detail as good as a workshop detail?+
The van carries the same machines, pads, compounds, extractors and sealants a fixed workshop uses — the difference is the address, not the standard. What you get instead is watching every stage happen at your building and paying only once you are genuinely happy with the car.
Do you detail prestige, European and EV vehicles?+
Regularly.
