A Mobile Car Wash and Detailing Service Built for Western Sydney Driveways

Cars out here work harder than most people give them credit for. A morning crawl down Pennant Hills Road, a school run through Carlingford, a weekend towing the trailer out past Round Corner, then a week parked under a jacaranda in Beecroft — it all lands on the paint. Add the summer heat that sits over Northmead and Oatlands, the red dust that blows through the new estates, and the sprinkler spotting on acreage blocks at Middle Dural, and a car ages faster in Sydney's west than it does almost anywhere else in Sydney.

Motrivo exists to deal with all of that without costing you a morning. Instead of queueing at a tunnel wash off Windsor Road or dropping the car at a workshop and organising a lift home, our detailer arrives at your address with everything the job needs on board. You keep working, the kids keep napping, and the car gets a genuine multi-stage detail rather than a rushed rinse and a spray of gloss.

We are not a franchise with a rotating cast of contractors. The same standard, the same checklist and the same finishing products go on every car, whether it is sitting in a Kellyville double garage, on a sloping Winston Hills driveway or in a shared basement space behind an Epping apartment block.

What We Do

Interior Detailing, Paint Decontamination and Sealant Protection

Every booking is a full detail, not a wash-and-go. Here is exactly what happens in your driveway.

Interior Car Detailing

Full vacuum including under the seats and along the rails, hot-water extraction on carpets and cloth seats where it is needed, leather cleaned and conditioned, vents and console detailed with brushes, and glass finished streak-free. Sports bag smells, spilled coffee from the commute and dog hair in the boot are treated as standard here, not billed as extras.

Exterior Wash and Paint Decontamination

Pre-rinse, a snow foam dwell to lift road film and construction dust, a safe two-bucket contact wash with fresh mitts, wheels and arches cleaned with dedicated tools, tar and iron fallout removed, then a clay bar stage on Signature Plus so the paint is glass-smooth before protection goes on.

Paint Protection and Sealant

A hydrophobic sealant that beads hard, sheds dust and sprinkler spotting, and makes the next few washes far easier. On dark cars it visibly deepens the colour. For swirl marks and etching that no sealant can hide, our Elite Correction machine-polishing service is the honest answer.

Engine Bay and Odour Treatment

Degrease, gentle rinse and dressing of the engine bay, plus an ozone treatment that neutralises smoke, gym bag, pet and food odours at the source instead of covering them with a scent. Both are included in the Signature Plus package.

Car Detailing Prices Across the Western Suburbs

Two straightforward packages, no vehicle-size loading and no travel fee anywhere in the western suburbs. The Signature Detail is $299 and covers a complete interior and exterior detail in roughly 3 to 4 hours. Signature Plus is $429 and adds clay bar decontamination, engine bay cleaning, a hydrophobic sealant and an ozone odour treatment across 5 to 6 hours. Elite Correction, our multi-stage paint correction package, is available on request for cars that need swirls and holograms cut out properly rather than filled and hidden.

The Process

How Our Parramatta and West Mobile Detailing Booking Works

Four steps, no drop-off, no waiting room, no surprises on the invoice.

01

Tell us your street and your car

Book online or call 0461 486 126. We only need the suburb, the type of vehicle and whether the space is covered. A North Rocks townhouse, a Glenhaven acreage block and a Bella Vista office car park are each planned differently.

02

We arrive with the full kit

The van carries every product, machine and tool the job needs. All we ask for is access to a water source and a power point at your place, plus roughly one car length of clearance around the vehicle so we can work all the way around it.

03

The detail runs start to finish

Decontamination first, then paint, then interior, then protection and finishing. Nothing is skipped to hit a time slot, and on hot Northmead and Oatlands afternoons we work in the shade wherever the driveway allows it.

04

Walkaround, then you pay

We hand the car back, walk around it with you in daylight, and only then take payment. No deposit is taken when you book and there is no cancellation fee if the weather turns on us.

Local Knowledge

Dust, Sap and Bore Water: What Western Sydney Does to Your Paint

A section you will not find on any of our other pages, because these problems belong to this corner of Sydney.

Construction dust and render splatter in the new estates

Kellyville, Bella Vista, Glenhaven and the newer pockets of Castle Hill are still full of building sites, and the fine cement and render dust that drifts off them is alkaline. Left on warm paint it bonds, then it drags under a sponge and puts fine scratches everywhere. We foam and dwell first so the grit floats off, then decontaminate with an iron-fallout remover before a single mitt touches the panel.

Sap, berries and jacaranda drop in the leafy streets

Beecroft, Pennant Hills, West Pennant Hills, Cherrybrook and Carlingford are shaded by mature gums, figs and jacarandas, which is beautiful right up until November. Sap and flower drop bakes into clear coat inside a few hot days. It needs a dedicated solvent and, once it has etched, a light machine polish — never a fingernail, and never a kitchen cloth.

Bore water and sprinkler spotting on the acreage side

Dural, Middle Dural, Annangrove and Round Corner properties often run on tank or bore supply, and the mineral content leaves hard white spotting that ordinary car shampoo will not shift. We treat it as its own stage with a mineral-specific product, then seal the paint so the next round of overspray sits on top of the coating instead of etching the clear.

Heat, brake dust and the commuter grind

Western Sydney summers sit hotter and longer than the coast, and stop-start traffic on Windsor Road, Pennant Hills Road and the M2 bakes iron particles into alloys and lower panels. We work panel by panel so nothing dries on, and we finish with a sealant chosen for heat and dust resistance rather than showroom gloss alone.

Four Kinds of Driveway We Detail in Sydney's West

Knowing which of these you have tells us what to bring and how long to allow.

The Hills double garage

Castle Hill, Kellyville, Glenhaven and Bella Vista homes usually give us the best working conditions in Sydney: level concrete, a garage or wide covered space, an outdoor tap within reach and a power point in the garage. These bookings run rain or shine and are the easiest slots to secure at short notice.

The sloping older driveway

Winston Hills, Northmead, Oatlands and North Rocks are full of 1970s and 1980s homes on a grade. Water runs to the street quickly, which is fine, but we set the car up cross-slope so panels drain evenly and nothing pools along the sills while we work.

The unit block and villa car space

Epping, Carlingford and North Parramatta have plenty of apartments and villas where the car sits in a basement or a shared bay. We need a reachable tap and power point, and in most cases we will park on the street and run our lines in. Strata approval is occasionally required, so it is worth a quick check before the day.

The acreage block

Dural, Middle Dural, Annangrove and Round Corner properties usually have all the space we could want and, often, a shed with power. The variables here are tank or bore water quality and the long gravel run to the house, which puts dust back on a finished car — so we always park and finish nearest the sealed section.

Mobile car detailing near me — what that means street by street

“Near me” is doing a lot of heavy lifting in most searches. In practice, detailing a car in an Epping basement car space is a completely different job to detailing one on a Glenhaven acreage block or under the carport of a 1970s Winston Hills home. Low-clearance basements around Carlingford and North Parramatta mean we park on the street and run hoses and leads in. The newer estates at Kellyville and Bella Vista give us space and shade but throw construction dust back on the car if the wind is up. Dural, Middle Dural and Annangrove have all the room in the world, and their own water quirks.

We plan for those differences before we arrive, and that is the practical difference between a genuinely local operator working in Sydney's west and a city-wide service that treats every postcode the same.

Mobile detailing Parramatta and West, six days a week

Weekday mornings are usually wide open, weekday afternoons suit workplace bookings around Bella Vista and Castle Hill, and Saturdays fill first with family cars from Cherrybrook, Baulkham Hills and West Pennant Hills. If you have a preferred window, book it a few days out and it is yours.

Don’t Just Take Our Word for It…

See What Our Customers Have to Say!

Why Western Sydney Locals Choose a Fully Mobile Detailer

The obvious reason is time. A proper detail is three to six hours of work, and nobody wants to spend that sitting in a waiting room off Church Street or killing an afternoon at a shopping centre while somebody else has your keys. When we come to you, those hours cost you nothing — you work, you do the school run, you get the washing done, and the car is finished when you come back outside.

The less obvious reason is quality control. In your own driveway you can see every stage. You watch the foam go on, you see the wheels come clean, and at the end we walk around the car together in natural daylight before any money changes hands. Nothing is hidden behind a roller door, and there is no upsell sprung on you at the counter.

Then there is the pricing. Most detailers load their price by vehicle size, so the family seven-seater costs a third more than the hatch. We charge $299 flat, whether it is a Mazda 2 in Northmead or a LandCruiser in Annangrove. Combined with no deposit and payment only after the walkaround, there is very little left to think about.

It also helps that we know the area. A detailer who understands the difference between a Beecroft sap problem and a Kellyville dust problem brings the right consumables the first time, and that is the quiet advantage of booking mobile detailing in Parramatta and West with a team that works here every week rather than passing through.

Car detailing Castle Hill, Epping and Dural — three very different jobs

A Castle Hill car is usually a family car with a decent garage and a heavy interior load — sport bags, dog hair, snack crumbs in every rail. The paint tends to be in good shape, so extraction, odour control and trim restoration are where the hours go. An Epping car is often an apartment car and a commuter: less exposure to sun, more grime from tight parking, and glass and wheels that carry most of the visible dirt. A Dural or Middle Dural car is a rural car — gravel dust, bore water spotting, and frequently a 4WD or dual cab with a tray, canopy or towbar that needs its own attention.

Booking the same package in all three suburbs gets you the same checklist with a different emphasis, and that is deliberate. Tell us which of those three your car is closest to when you book and we will load the van accordingly.

Western Sydney mobile detailing for fleets, dealers and workplaces

We also handle small fleets, trade utes and pre-sale presentation details across the Norwest precinct at Bella Vista, the commercial strips around Castle Hill and Round Corner, and the offices at North Parramatta. If you are selling privately, a Signature Plus before the photos routinely pays for itself several times over — a decontaminated, sealed car photographs sharper and holds a buyer’s attention on a listing far longer than a rinsed one. For trade vehicles working out of Northmead and Winston Hills, a regular detail keeps the interior liveable and the signage looking newer for longer.

FAQ

Western Sydney Mobile Detailing Questions, Answered

How much does mobile detailing in Parramatta and West cost?+

Our Signature Detail is a flat $299 no matter what you drive. A Corolla in Northmead, a Prado in Kellyville and a dual cab ute in Annangrove all pay exactly the same — there is no size loading, no travel surcharge between any of the suburbs we cover, and no card fee. Signature Plus is $429 and adds clay bar decontamination, engine bay cleaning, a hydrophobic paint sealant and an ozone odour treatment. You pay after the service, once you have walked around the car with us in daylight.

Do you actually come to my house, or do I drop the car off?+

We come to you, every time. The detail happens in your driveway, garage, carport, apartment car space or workplace car park. We do need access to a tap and a power point at the location, so please make sure both are reachable from where the car sits — that is the one thing worth checking in an Epping unit block or a Bella Vista business park. If your building has a height limit for the van we park nearby and run our lines in.

How long does a detail take?+

The Signature Detail runs about 3 to 4 hours. Signature Plus takes closer to 5 to 6 hours because of the decontamination and sealant stages. Elite Correction, our multi-stage paint correction, is a full-day job. School-run cars out of Cherrybrook and West Pennant Hills with crumbs in the seat rails and mud on the boot lip can add half an hour, and we will tell you before we start rather than after.

What happens if it rains on the day?+

A garage, carport or covered driveway means we work straight through, and a lot of homes in Castle Hill, Glenhaven and Oatlands have exactly that. If you are on an open driveway and the weather turns, we call you the morning of the booking and move you to the next available slot at no cost. There is no deposit and no cancellation fee, so a rescheduled day costs you nothing but a bit of patience.

Can you remove tree sap, bore water stains and construction dust?+

Yes, and those three are the signature problems of this part of Sydney. Sap from the gums and jacarandas along Beecroft and Pennant Hills gets a dedicated solvent, then a light polish if it has already etched. Bore water and sprinkler spotting on the acreage side around Dural, Middle Dural and Annangrove needs a mineral-specific treatment rather than more washing. Construction dust and render splatter from the estates around Kellyville and Bella Vista is decontaminated with an iron-fallout remover and clay before anything abrasive touches the paint.

Do you detail cars parked at business parks and offices?+

Constantly. Norwest at Bella Vista, the commercial strips at Castle Hill and Round Corner, and the office pockets around North Parramatta are some of our busiest weekday locations. Leave the keys at reception or in a lockbox, tell us where the car is parked and whether a tap and power point are available, and we will send photos when we are done. Note that some corporate and strata car parks require building approval for commercial work, so a quick check with your facilities manager saves everyone a wasted trip.

Which suburbs do you cover in this area?+

Bella Vista, Beecroft, Oatlands, North Rocks, Baulkham Hills, Castle Hill, Carlingford, Pennant Hills, Epping, Winston Hills, Northmead, North Parramatta, Cherrybrook, West Pennant Hills, Kellyville, Dural, Glenhaven, Annangrove, Middle Dural and Round Corner. One flat price applies across all of them, with no travel fee between any two.

Do I need to provide water or power?+

Yes. We need access to a water source and a power point at your location so we can work safely and to the standard we promise. Older homes in Beecroft, Carlingford and North Parramatta sometimes have the only outdoor tap on the wrong side of the house, and some acreage properties at Middle Dural run on tank or bore supply — tell us when you book and we will plan around it with you.

Can you detail more than one car in the same visit?+

Yes, and it is common here. Two-car and three-car households across Kellyville, Glenhaven and Baulkham Hills often book back-to-back details on the same day, which saves you a second morning and lets us set up once. Just let us know how many vehicles and what they are when you book so we can allocate the right window.

Is a mobile detail as good as a workshop detail?+

The van carries the same machines, pads, compounds, extractors and sealants a fixed workshop uses — the difference is the postcode, not the standard. The one advantage a workshop has is a roof, which is why we ask about covered space when you book. The advantage you get is watching every stage happen in your own driveway and only paying once you are satisfied with the result.

How do I book?+

Book online through our booking page, call 0461 486 126, or email contact@motrivo.com.au. There is no deposit — you pay after the service once you are happy with the car. Saturday mornings in the Hills fill first, so a few days' notice helps us get you the time you actually want.

Book Mobile Detailing in Parramatta and West

Pick a time that suits you and we will bring the whole workshop to your driveway. Flat $299 for any vehicle size, no deposit, and payment only after you have inspected the finished car. Call 0461 486 126 or email contact@motrivo.com.au if you would rather talk it through first.
